Every company wants to recognize their employees for the hard work they do. Sometimes it can be hard to convey that and to get people to engage. The goal for this campaign was to develop a look that felt fun, engaging, exciting and approachable to represent this recognition program. As a solution, the brand vibe created feels less corporate and more casual, so everyone could feel they can belong.
“High five” is universally used to celebrate and congratulate success from small wins to big achievements on a more personable and easy-going level.
The visual elements include vivid, nostalgic ‘90s aesthetics paired with images of people energetically jumping, capturing moments of high fives. This fusion uses a bright, bold color palette of neons and pastels, and typography that nods to the era with chunky, playful fonts highlighted by exaggerated drop shadows. Further adding to the nostalgia, are ‘90s-themed graphics sprawled across posters, digital displays and other marketing materials.
